Dress, American Apparel. Platform ankle boots, Topshop. Bag, Chanel. Tights, Victoria's Secret.
This look is outside of my daily clothing comfort zone--I think it was the back-seamed tights with the short, thank-god for spandex mini-dress that pushed me over the edge. Plus, I don't typically venture past the Studio 54 era for my fashion, and this look is pure 80's excess. All I need now is a really horrible red Corvette, and a date with Emilio Estevez.

I've been considering buying a similar dress for a little while now, except red. I think I am still gathering courage, and wondering where I would wear it in -- it is pretty cold in where I am, at least for now and for a couple of more months to come...
I also like the ankle boots, I am on the hunt for a good pair myself. Those look pretty basic and cool.
