QUOTES

"Krystal Simpson, could easily be typecast as the homecoming queen, with her blond hair, slim frame and designer clothes. In reality, Simpson is a prize-winning poet and editor-at-large for the literary journal the Homestead Review with a deep love for rock 'n' roll..." --Antonia Richmond, San Francisco Chronicle

"If you don’t know Krystal Simpson from her popular website, WhatIsRealityAnyway.com, you might remember her from her stint on Mtv’s reality show I’m From Rolling Stone, or maybe you’ve seen her smiling and having a good time in Cobrasnake’s party photos or one of the several well-known magazines and blogs that have featured her. That’s not even half of it. Krystal is a musician, DJ, model, designer (not just for us, but for the likes of Coach and Quiksilver as well), photographer, and award-winning writer. If you’ve seen her, then there’s no doubt you know about her fresh, iconic sense of style. Krystal is a trend-setter, a free spirit who follows her own beating drum. While a California girl by nature, she spends a lot of time bouncing between the two coasts for business and pleasure. We were thrilled when she took some time from her busy schedule to join the Wiloh team and design a shirt for us." --Wiloh Ecosocial Apparel

"Krystal started her blog because she didn’t want to work for anyone else – 'I’m completely self-made. I hate the middle man. I don’t want to have to go through somebody else for them to say okay or not okay. If I want to put it out, I’ll put it out.' Amen...I love her adoration for the Stones’ girlfriends as much as the Stones’ and it is haaaard not to mention the Marianne Faithfull and Anita Pallenberg comparisons...And it doesn’t get much better than digging into her immeasurable style and story and being left with the thought that “Nothing comes to you in physical reality that you didn’t first contemplate...”--StyleLikeU

"As far as we’re concerned, Krystal Simpson IS 60s and 70s California rock n’ roll style. Not to mention she’s practically her own brand! Krystal was a contestant on MTV’s 2007 reality show, I’m With Rolling Stone. Since then, she has ventured into several industries, like writing, modeling, and designing, and she truly is a breezy manifestation of the “Be Who You Want To Be” philosophy. Her sharp wit and golden locks turned heads in the workplace and on the streets. If her stylish lifestyle ever slows down, she could make a killing as a motivational speaker!" --The Supermelon

"Krystal Simpson, the token hot blonde from MTV's innovative series I'm From Rolling Stone, is more than just another pretty (and well-dressed) reality star." --Kiwibox.com

"Kate Hudson-in-"Almost Famous"-style hottie Krystal (yes, a blonde
with the name Krystal)" --Ben Megargel, Michigan Daily
