Marrakesh Express

Epic Los Angeles times with Mandy and Ashley--and later joined by the ultimately amazing Sarah and Haley; we formed club Mashley Simpson, cruised down Sunset Blvd. in the back of Aaron's pickup truck, went to a strip club, a party at Space 15 Twenty, ran into Valerie, lost wallets--and found them in the trash, lost my hat and our minds, found some animal masks, got attacked by psychotic dogs, got in a bar fight with a dude who couldn't accept that we didn't want to date him, made up a series of fake names and identities for each other, turned Ashley's apartment into 1970's Marrakesh Express, got lots of lovin' in West Hollywood, and destroyed everything in town--the rest of the story will have to wait till the statute of limitations expires. Thanks to Planet Blue for dressing me in their very own Blu Moon line for the occasion--I'm in love with all of it!

And if you're in LA, I'm introducing my good friend Lucy Walsh at her (free!!) show at The Hard Rock tonight at 9pm! She just signed with David Letterman's label, and her new music is fantastic--definitely a must-see! And remember I'm also DJing Walk the Rio's record release party Friday night (25th) at The Roxy!
