Paint

Here is the series of paintings of me by artist Parvin Jahanshad.
I love how she is able to show such emotion in her paintings, and I also love the birds in each of the pieces--especially the peacock in the 2nd one down; I used to have a peacock named Bruce, I'll try to dig up some pictures of her.
All my thanks to Parvin Jahanshad.

Fashion's Night Out 2010 at Hillary Rush in Los Angeles

With owner Hillary Rush, LA's Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa

The always stylishly perfect Kelly Osbourne

With Hillary Rush

Fashion's Night Out in LA was pretty great this year; stores were spilling over with fashionistas, there were mob scenes all over Sunset Blvd, and we definitely saw a bunch of people getting arrested is maxi dresses and Louboutins.
We were stationed at Hillary Rush on W. 3rd celebrating with everyone from high school friends to the Mayor of Los Angeles Antonio Villaraigosa. Hillary's is the only store outside of Coach carrying my bag, and I was really happy to hear from Hillary that the response has been great, and I even got to watch one go home with one of the party-goers.
Here's a video from last night of us talking with Mayor Villaraigosa

Kate Hudson Wearing the Krystal Simpson for Coach Bag!

Kate Hudson (with her son Ryder and Matt Bellamy) wearing Krystal Simpson for Coach
It's all happening!
I really can't describe my level of overwhelming happiness when I saw Kate Hudson wearing my Krystal for Coach bag in these photos. Kate has always been one of my top inspirations not just in style and all around coolness, but also in the way she lives her life; and of course we don't even have to mention she is in one of the greatest movies of all time, and my personal favorite Almost Famous; the movie was one of my design inspirations when I was sketching out bag designs when it was in its baby stages, and I never thought that Kate herself would end up wearing the final design. I'm completely honored, and don't really have the right words to express both how thankful I am, and how wonderful it feels to see someone who I admire, and have looked up to for so many years wearing something that came from me.
